First Lady Cough & Cold Medicated Syrup

*Helps loosen phlegm(mucus) cough, sore throat, headache, runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes and temporarily reduces fever.

Drug Facts: Active ingredients(in each 15ml tablesponnful): Guaifenesin 62.5mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 1.9mg, Acetaminophen 1.25mg, Chlorpheniramine mateate 0.25mg.

Inactive Ingredients: sucrose, stemona root, honey sucker flower, biota seed, forsythian fruit, citric acid, flavors, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, menthol, FD&C red no. 40, FD&C yellow no. 5.

Direction: Adult and children 12 years and over: 1(15ml) tablespoonful every 4 hours, while symptoms persist, do not exceed 4 doses in any 24 hours period, or as directed by doctor. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.

Warning: Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor(MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease) or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contain MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this prodcut. Do not use with any other product containing acetaminophen and/or herbs supplement. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain or cough gets worse or last more than 7 days, fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, redness or swelling is present, any new symptoms appear, nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur, cough comes back or is accompanied by rash, fever, persistent headache.

Ask a doctor before use if you have: heart disease, glaucoma, diabetes, thyroid disease, high blood pressure, cough that occur with too much phlegm(mucus), a breathing problem or chronic cough that lasts as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema, trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a doctor before use.
