This black tea comes from high mountain in the Fujian Province in China and is grown and fermented without pesticides, with natural fertilizer and with careful attention for the preservation of the eco-system.

For hot tea: Just before water comes to a full boil, pour over the tea bag and brew for 3-5 minutes, or to desired strength. Add desired sweetener to taste.

For iced tea: Follow direction above then slowly pour into a tall, ice-filled glass. Add a slice of orange or lemon.
